Products are shipped from China to our US warehouses in bulk shipments. We coordinate ocean or air freight based on your timeline and budget. Once inventory arrives, we receive products, conduct quality control inspections, and store them in our system, ready for fulfillment. You can also send inventory from other US suppliers if needed.
Do you handle returns, and how are they processed?
Yes. Returns are shipped to our US warehouses, where we inspect products for damage or defects. We process returns according to your restocking policy, update inventory counts, and handle customer refunds or exchanges based on your instructions. Return processing typically takes 1-3 business days after receipt.
How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
